He tilts his head back, exhaling as he reaches his hand up, rubbing his forehead, wiping off the pencil smudges in a manner that suggested that this was not the first time this has happened. His eyes darted when he noticed a child... or a youthful looking halfling waving before pointing to where he had wiped with a gesture of appreciation for trying to clue him in.
