And he certainly doesn't know who/what Revali and Tulin are, but guessing from context- "Those are old friends of yours, correct?"

Rezo's incantation this time is a silent one, up until he finally calls out the power word "{Levitation.}" Currents of wind begin to form around Link's feet, growing steadily stronger and whirling around Link's body until he's lifted off his feet and raised several meters into the air. It'll be a relatively gentle ascent, as these things go, though the feeling of air surrounding one's body might be alarming to those unused to it.
