Tau pauses at that before he offers a shrug. He's not even really sure how it works himself.
"Hm... Maybe not quite so," he says as he turns to drift towards one of the nearby cots to help someone with some bandaging. "The vitality of the earth, certainly. Being around nature itself helps. Mostly, I can get by with a good amount of rest."
