In Rezo's case: unfortunately, making sense of the catch phrase within the scene is out of the question. Possibly for the better, considering that there are giant, glowing figures in the shape of a Feder and a giant turtle bashing and slashing through several lines of the blood-fueled soldiers. Along with Donnie's efforts, both Kanna and Rezo are more on par with the magical practicality they make good use of, impromptu weapons and freeze arrows alike doing what needs to be done, which in turn boosts morale for Raph.

Time decompresses outside of the soldier beat down, recompressing as Raph snaps his head upward in the direction of the oncoming flashes of light. Instinct kicks in, and he turns sharply, throwing himself to the ground to provide more cover for the others with the width of his barrier's shell. "Rgh! I got ya!"
Stray shots break down his barrier even further, causing it to finally shatter once the firing line ends. With a grunt, Raph shakes it off as best as he can, baring his teeth at the soldiers who are still very much distracted by their fallen allies. Their stench is beating out his 'determined to the end' stench, but that doesn't matter.
He'll hold all right – by resummoning his giant punching fists and an extra set of arms that appear from time to time to weed more soldiers out.
