Link takes Matt's thanks in stride. Honestly, he's kind of used to it; used to risking his life, used to people being grateful. Thankfully he's not one to let it go to his head.

Instead he takes a moment to pause. He'd been wondering at the beginning if he was more like Hylia, or Zelda. But after the discussion they've just had...Link can only conclude that the answer was that Matt wasn't like either of them.

Gods here were weird.

A thought which Link - perhaps fortunately - does not voice. Instead, he just nods, and says, "Bye". And leaves Matt to any others who have been waiting to speak with him.
