"There are three children and seventeen bodies, similarly sized," Renne responds flatly, speaking loud enough to be heard over the comms.
"Acknowledged," the voice says after a brief pause. "Extraction team will be there in ten. The bodies will be a difficult lift for our resources, please confirm your intention."
Renne backs off. She'll let Donnie make the call here, she's going to try not to dictate things over the wishes of the team. She's not emotionally capable to be making those decisions right now.
