Ilphyl has a small houseboat, albeit one that is more taken up by their projects (like breeding lizards for Link) than actual space to have guests. But it does make them easy to find, especially as they tend to put their rest period in the middle of the day. (If work needed to be done at night, best to have a person entirely comfortable in darkness on hand, rather than someone who just wants to be in bed.)
