Everything's been a lot to process. He hardly remembers how he even got back to the ship, moving automatically, just knowing that as much as his body felt like it could easily just collapse, he couldn't stop or wait for someone else to haul him along. There were people who weren't able to move themselves, after all, in much more pain...
Donnie starts slightly at Atom's voice upon his return, head jerking up, eyes trying to refocus. Mechanically he holds his hands out, even as he eyes the canteen thirstily.
