So Link pulls a kitchen knife from the pack - which also looks too big to fit in there - and cuts Cid a nice big slice before handing it over. If Cid dares to take a bite, he'll find that it's actually quite good. Despite having been carried about in a mysteriously magical pack for an untold period of time, it's still fresh.

And then of course he cuts himself another slide, and shoves it into his face.
