How did meat exist inside for months without rotting? Why was dancing necessary for improving the enchantment? Link had no idea. He didn't question it; he just used it.
(Zelda had had more than a few rants on the subject, however.)
Besides, right now Link cares much more about the fact that Natalia has never had a honeyed apple. Until now, his expression has been largely blank-faced - but when he finds out he's introducing her to a new recipe, he brightens. Looks at her with keen expectation. Does she like it?
